I am offering a lovely, quiet room for one person in the Grand M area of Montpellier (35-minute walk from the city center). The toilet and bathroom are shared with me.
⚠️ Please note:
- No access to the kitchen or living area.
- Towels/soap not provided (available for an extra charge).
- Check-in between 8 PM and 10 PM, depending on my availability.
- Check-out before 6:30 AM.
- Shower available from 8 PM to 11 PM.
The room has a double bed, a wardrobe, a desk, and a private balcony.
The bathroom and toilet are shared with me.
The rest of the apartment is not accessible to you; please respect these conditions.
There is no parking space inside the building, but free street parking is available.
Bicycles cannot be stored inside the apartment. Scooters are permitted for an additional fee.
I live with my kitten, so being an animal lover is a must!
