On the 1st floor of my house, located in the southern district of Montpellier, this room has a 90 cm bed, a secretary desk, a cupboard, a balcony overlooking the garden and a kitchen area (for light preparations without frying) with sink, top refrigerator, 1 induction hob, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, crockery and kitchen utensils. The bathroom and toilets (separate) are shared with 2 other people. Possibility of using the washing machine once a week. Residential and quiet area. Tram and bus nearby.
For my part, I am preferably looking for a student or intern for several months, calm, autonomous and careful.
