The apartment, built in 2000, is located in the Port Marianne district, one of Montpellier's most beautiful neighborhoods, situated on the banks of the Lez River. Close to the universities, the MOMA (Museum of Modern Art), the Faculty of Economics, the city center, and the Odysseum district, the apartment is also near the Paul Valéry University and the Faculty of Sciences. My tram stop, "Port Marianne" or "Rive du Lez," is a 5-minute walk away, while the Saint-Roch train station and the airport are 15 minutes away. The apartment does not accommodate pets and is non-smoking. Secure bicycle and motorcycle parking is available. Please introduce yourself and let me know your arrival and departure times.

Seul bémol en ce qui me concerne - et ça n'a rien à voir avec Nathalie : si vous avez une auto, soyez prudents ; le quartier n'est pas si sûr qu'il n en a l'air.
