Description
On the 1st floor of my house, located in the southern district of Montpellier, this room has a 90 cm bed, a secretary desk, a wardrobe and storage space, high table and stool for meals, a kettle, and some crockery for breakfast.
My kitchen (with a shelf in the refrigerator and a space in the pantry for provisions) is accessible before 8:30 p.m. for simple, quick and no-fried preparations, because it is located in my living room and there are several of us using it. .
The bathroom and toilets (separate) are shared with 2 other people. Possibility of using the washing machine once a week. Residential and quiet area. Tram and bus nearby.
For my part, I am preferably looking for a student or intern for several weeks/months, calm, autonomous and careful, but I also occasionally accept shorter stays.

Une très belle chambre et confortable. La maison est très jolie et très accueillant. Mme Joelle est super sympa et vous accueille très bien, elle a me préparé un dîner avec les autres locataires et vous fait sentir comme partie de la famille. Vous pouvez cuisiner et utiliser le réfrigérateur, la lave-linge et la cuisinière. Tout est très accessible. L'emplacement est parfait, très proche du centre de la ville.
