Description
Large 13 m² bedroom in a house located in a quiet neighbourhood. We are a couple in our forties with two young children (4 and 12 years old) and we also have a cat that wanders around the house. A 2-minute walk away are the cinema, library, swimming pool, and the Conterie business park (ENI school, community hall). Within 10 minutes, you will find the exhibition centre and Rennes St-Jacques airport, which is ideal for a visitor passing through or an exhibitor at a trade show. The bedroom has a large 140x190 cm bed with a comfortable mattress, a private bathroom, a desk, and a wardrobe. The shared toilet located in the hallway will be for your exclusive use. A coffee maker and a microwave are available in the kitchen. A space in the basement fridge will be reserved for you. You also have access to the terrace, the garden, and the swimming pool in summer. An outdoor key box can be used. If needed, a laundromat is available in the city centre.

J'ai réservé 4 nuits chez Tanguy la semaine dernière j'ai été très bien accueilli, les hôtes sont vraiment très très sympas,de bon conseil, disponibles, aux petits soins.. la chambre possède tout le confort nécessaire avec un vrai espace privatif et la possibilité d'utiliser le frigo et la cuisine pour les repas Rien à redire, je recommande++++
