Description
Large 13m² room in a house located in a quiet neighbourhood. We are a couple in our forties with two young children (aged 4 and 12) and we also have a cat that roams the house. Within a 2-minute walk, you will find the cinema, library, swimming pool, and the Conterie business area (ENI school, community hall). The Rennes St-Jacques exhibition centre and airport are 10 minutes away, making it ideal for a visitor passing through or an exhibitor at a trade fair. The room features a large 140x190 cm bed with a comfortable mattress, a private bathroom, a desk, and a wardrobe. The shared toilet is located in the hallway. You have access to the fully-equipped kitchen (with a filter coffee machine, microwave, etc.). A space in the basement fridge will be reserved for you. You also have access to the terrace, garden, and the swimming pool in summer. An outdoor key box can be used.
