You will also have access to our kitchen and bathroom. The location is ideal: just a 15-minute walk from the Via Silva metro station, or 4 minutes by car if you prefer to use the park and ride. If you are a fan of shows or sporting events, the Glaz Arena is only a 7-minute drive away. For those who need to get into town or to the various university campuses, access is also easy: 18 minutes by metro to the République stop, a 10-minute walk to Ecofac, 15 minutes by metro to the Beaulieu faculty (Rennes 1), and 22 minutes to Rennes 2 (Villejean campus). Ideal for a student.

Je suis restée trois mois chez Patricia et j’y ai passé un très agréable séjour ! Il s’agit d’une maison très charmante, située dans un quartier calme, sûr et apaisant. J’ai beaucoup apprécié la propreté impeccable dans toute la maison. Patricia prend soin de sa maison avec beaucoup de sérieux, ce qui met immédiatement à l’aise. La chambre est très belle et soigneusement décorée avec goût. Elle est très grande et meublée avec de nombreux tiroirs ainsi qu’une garde-robe qui permettent de ranger facilement toutes vos affaires. En plus, la chambre est équipée de deux bureaux : l’un avec une chaise, et l’autre sur roulettes pour travailler facilement depuis le lit si vous le souhaitez ! En parlant du lit, il est très confortable et moelleux. Depuis les deux grandes fenêtres, vous pouvez profiter d’une magnifique vue sur la nature. Il faut noter aussi que le Wi-Fi est rapide et fiable. Patricia est une hôte tellement bienveillante, accueillante et attentive. Elle est toujours là pour vous, que ce soit pour des recommandations ou des conseils sur la vie à Rennes, ou même pour discuter amicalement. Merci énormément pour tout !
