The accommodation is a new studio located on the top floor of a family home. The entrance is not independent. Well-appointed, it is equipped with a desk, a kitchenette including a microwave, cooking rings, a refrigerator and everything needed for cooking, including tea towels. It also has a bathroom with a shower (one step to climb) and toilet, a large double bed for added comfort, as well as storage space. A washing machine will be available to share with the other accommodations (project currently being developed). This studio is ideal for someone on an internship, a student or working short-term in the region. Public transport is directly accessible in front of the house, which also allows us easy access to Rennes.
