A 2-minute walk from: Cinema, Media Library, Swimming Pool, ZA de la Conterie (ENI school, community hall). 10 minutes from: Parc des Expositions, Rennes St-Jacques Airport (ideal for a passing visitor or a trade show exhibitor).
