Quiet Room - New Town Hall
My name is Keryl, I am very welcoming, and I am a tenant in a 3 bedroom apartment. The owner is a friend and lives in the residence. We offer the other two bedrooms for short-term rental: from 1 week to 3 months.
The apartment is fully furnished, the kitchen has a large oven, induction hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. On the other hand, there is no TV and it is voluntary :)
It has a triple south-east-north exposure, with the living room to the south and east and the bedrooms to the north. There are 2 terraces of 5m2, one serving as a 2nd living room and the other, a vegetable garden atmosphere on which you can have breakfast.
There are two bedrooms available: one is 10m2 and the other 9m2. The apartment is 77m2.
You can park your car for free in the street or your bike in the residence.
The residence is secure, quiet and wooded, with lots of birds!
