Description
We are a couple who have recently retired from the national education system. We are renting a room in our apartment located on the first floor of a secure residence, without a lift. It is equipped with a double bed with a very comfortable mattress and a wardrobe. A swimming pool is accessible within the residence from May to October. Parking is also available. Our accommodation is close to tram line 2, a fifteen-minute walk from the pedestrian tourist centre of Montpellier, the faculties and the hospitals. Carnon beach is a fifteen-minute drive away.
It is possible to have a floor in the fridge. Guests can have breakfast and dinner in the apartment. The bathroom and toilet are shared.
