Welcome to my quiet and green apartment, two minutes from the tram and shops. The bright and peaceful apartment features a 20 m² flower-filled balcony. The 10 m² bedroom is furnished with a new bed (120 x 200 cm), a desk, and a wardrobe, and offers direct access to the private balcony. The fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, and toilet are shared.
The location is ideal: tram line 1 Malbosc/Domaine d’O is three minutes away, Lapeyronie Hospital is five minutes away, universities are seven minutes away, ARTFX is nine minutes away, MBS is twenty minutes away, and the city center is twenty minutes away.
My name is Stéphanie, I teach French and English, and I work from home. Please note that my voice may sometimes be audible from the room. I live with Bambolina, my three-month-old kitten.
