Description
I am a young retiree accustomed to welcoming students and young workers of all nationalities for short or medium-term stays, in a warm and friendly atmosphere. You will have the keys to the apartment. I do not live on site.
The rate includes all utilities (except for your personal food expenses), sheets and blankets, which are provided, as well as laundry service (one load per week). There is no housekeeping required, as a housekeeper comes every Saturday.
In the room, you will have a desk, a television, a DVD player, internet access, and unlimited landline calls.
You will share:
- A kitchen equipped with an induction hob, a microwave, a refrigerator, a dishwasher, a toaster, an oven, and a coffee maker. - A dining room and a living area with a lounge.
- A bathroom.
- A toilet.
Amenities such as the metro, bus, and bicycle are directly accessible nearby, as is free parking. The accommodation is located in the southern sector near Rennes train station, in the Saint-Thérèse district, close to the Alma shopping center.

Hélène a été charmante, accueillante et très disponible pour ma fille. Excellent séjour, ma fille a très bien dormi, bonne cohabitation avec les autres locataires. Je recommande ++++
Très belle chambre bien placée dans Rennes. Hélène s’est toujours tenue disponible pour toute question et problématique. J’ai passé un agréable séjour durant mes deux mois de stage.
