Description
Beautiful, bright and spacious three-bedroom apartment, located on the top floor without a lift in a quiet, secure building. You will have a large bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200cm), television, Wi-Fi and access to a balcony with an unobstructed view.
I am away quite often, so you will regularly be able to enjoy the apartment almost like an entire home, with access to the large living room, kitchen and common areas. When I am home, I stay in my own room set up in part of the living room. It remains accessible, and we share the common spaces while respecting each other’s privacy. The apartment has three bedrooms in total. Canal+, Netflix and Wi-Fi are available.
Shops, a park and bus stops are in the immediate vicinity. Convenient location between the centre of La Rochelle and the Île de Ré bridge. Free parking with plenty of spaces available, and the possibility of borrowing bicycles.
