Hello, room to let in a homestay in a house occupied by the host. I have been renting out a room in my house since 2010! So I have plenty of experience with shared housing. I now have three rooms for rent. I prefer to host students, but I will consider all requests. Apprentices are welcome. The house is located in Lagord, a town bordering La Rochelle. The city centre is accessible in 15 minutes by bike or bus (Illico buses 3, 12 and bike hire nearby). The CESI and the CFA are less than a 10-minute walk away. I prefer to speak in person and, if possible, arrange a viewing before accepting a booking request. Looking forward to welcoming you, Pascale.

Très bon accueil et très bon séjour chez Pascale
Voyage très agréable chez Pascale, vous vivrez dans une chambre un peu isolé du reste de la maison, Pascale, son compagnon et ses enfants sont tous très accueillants et discrets, cadre idéal pour un étudiant (calme pour travailler et pas trop loin du centre de La Rochelle pour profiter) Particulièrement si vous êtes au CESI, c'est juste à coté. Pascale vous demande une caution avant d'arriver, il n'y a aucune inquiétude à avoir sur ce point comme sur les autres.
Pascale est super tout es nickel.
Super séjour. Pascale est une hôtesse très arrangeante et la maison est très calme et confortable. Les enfants, très sages et souriants. Je recommande cette maison et cette famille sans réserve.
