Hello, homestay room for rent in a house occupied by the host. I have been renting out a room in our home since 2010! I therefore have a great deal of experience with shared housing. I now have three rooms available for rent, preferably to students, but I will consider all proposals. Apprentices are welcome. The house is located in Lagord, a town adjacent to La Rochelle. The city centre is accessible in 15 minutes by bike or bus (Illico buses 3, 12 and bike-share nearby). CESI and the CFA are less than a 10-minute walk away.
