Bright detached annexe converted into a bedroom. Private entrance. Currently includes a sofa bed, a sink and a shelf. A table/desk, fridge and microwave can be added if desired. Access to shared areas: equipped kitchen, lounge, dining room, bathroom and toilet. Access to a terrace and garden. Garage and bike storage available, with free street parking. Shared housing with me, a cat and two hens. Quiet neighbourhood, a stone's throw from Aytré beach and the centre of Aytré. Just a 15-minute bike ride from La Rochelle harbour. Given that the common areas are shared, I am looking for a female tenant.
