I live alone with my 14-year-old daughter. We live in a 110 m² house, and I am offering a room upstairs for a student, temporary worker, or business traveler. We will share the bathroom and common areas.
You will have access to a refrigerator, oven, stove, freezer, and washing machine.
The location is quiet and there is a parking space in front of the house.
Ideally located near a bus stop with service to either Surgères or La Rochelle, and 1.2 km from shops.
The property is located 20 km from La Rochelle, 18 km from Rochefort, and 12 km from Surgères.
