Fixed-term rental. Contemporary house, luxury services, very bright, in a haven of peace at the end of a private dead-end facing a small wood where deer sometimes come to eat acorns.
Rental contents: Furnished room of 14 m2 including a double bed, a bedside table, a desk with an armchair, a storage unit, a TV screen for PC (sheets and towels provided), sink area in the room.
The toilets are at the end of the corridor and are shared by users of the floor, as is the bathroom with bathtub. The large kitchen located on the ground floor is shared and includes all the necessary utensils and equipment. A shelf in the fridge will be reserved for the future tenant. Parking possible in front of the house and access to the garden. Suitable for a person in training, internship, work-study and ideally outside weekends.
