13 m² room with mezzanine bed (2 people downstairs and 1 person upstairs), kitchen area (sink, oven, fridge, induction hob, kettle, etc.) and water point. Shared bathroom and toilet. Possibility of enjoying the lounge and the terrace during times when we are not present. At the bend in the corridor, you will come across Simba, our affectionate cat. Our accommodation is located in a recent, quiet building, a 3-minute walk from the town center of the town and a 5-minute drive from Rennes. In Vern, you will find the comfort of the city (all shops) and the pleasure of a green environment on the outskirts of Rennes (lake with supervised beach in summer). Three regular bus lines serve Rennes and its surroundings. Vern is 20 minutes from the exhibition center and the airport.
For long stays, monthly rental at 400 euros if absent on weekends.
