This includes in particular the Grand Prix de France moto and the 24 hours of Le Mans, Le Mans Classic, the 4 days, the 24 hours trucks. It is also possible to put an additional tent in the garden. The studio is equipped with a small fitted kitchen, including a fridge, a mini-oven and a microwave, as well as crockery. It also has a bathroom with toilet, a mezzanine for 2 people and a sofa bed below. A terrace with table, chairs and deckchair is available. Located in a quiet location close to the city center, it is easily accessible on foot.
