11 m² room with plenty of storage, located next to the Pontlieue market, a 10-minute walk from transport (T1, T2 and bus, Pontlieue or St Martin stops) and a 20-minute walk from the CCI training centre in Le Mans. Close to local shops (mini-markets, bakeries, etc.) and 20 minutes by tram from the city centre. Access to the living room, dining room, kitchen, toilets and bathroom, as well as the terrace and garden. Possibility of staying for two people (couple or other) for an additional charge per night. All utility bills are included.

Nous avons passé un super séjour, le logement est situé proche d’un arrêt de tram permettant ainsi de se déplacer très facilement. Nous avons été très bien accueilli et conseillé, avec beaucoup de bienveillance. Tout était super.

Hôte à l'écoute et disponible, le logement est situé dans une rue calme, a 2 pas d'une boulangerie et d'un arrêt de bus.

Bon séjour chez Magali, très bon accueil. Chambre agréable et confortable. Le tramway était vraiment à coté, très pratique pour l'accès direct au circuit.
