Homestay room for rent, fully furnished, in a city centre house with a garden. The house is close to public transport, with four bus routes accessible within a five-minute walk. You will also find local shops nearby: supermarket, bakery, pizzeria, pharmacy... The neighbourhood is quiet and there is quick access to the 24 Hours of Le Mans circuit. A large fridge-freezer is available in the basement. Minors in apprenticeships are accepted under parental responsibility. For smokers, smoking is only permitted in the garden. Please note: I have a dog, a 5-year-old collie. Consequently, I cannot accept other pets. Breakfast is included only during the 24 Hours of Le Mans week. Arrival and departure times are based on your needs, within reason.

Dany est une personne très acceuillante et soucieuse de ses hôtes. Le logement est plus qu'impeccable. Il est à proximité de nombreux fast-food et magasins, pratique pour les piétons. Je recommande vivement !
