I'm offering two rooms for rent in my 4-bedroom apartment located in downtown Rennes, a 10-minute walk from the train station. Metro station B is around the corner, and the other station, station A, is a 5-minute walk away. All amenities, shops, schools, etc., are within walking distance.

The apartment was completely renovated by me a few months ago. For bedroom 1:
- Double bed (140x190)
- Solid parquet flooring
- Very large wardrobe with hangers
- Direct access to the balcony from the bedroom
- Sheets and towels included

Shared bathroom, toilet, living room, and kitchen.

Please note: My two cats live with me (the father and daughter). They are used to being outside. However, if you have any allergies, please take them into consideration.
