Large, bright and airy studio apartment near the university. Located a twelve-minute walk from the train station and fifteen minutes from the city center, it is fully furnished and equipped, ideal for short or long-term stays. Suitable for people with outside work: employees, interns, and students.
The main room is fully furnished and equipped. It includes a double bed, bedside tables, a desk, and a dining table. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary utensils, and the private bathroom includes a shower, toilet, and sink. Disinfectant products are available.
Internet access is provided via a fast fiber optic Wi-Fi connection. A cleaning and disinfection protocol is applied before arrival, both for the studio itself and for the common areas.

Malgré un petit malentendu Michel c’est une hôte très très gentil et il va essayer de répondre à toutes vos besoins. J’étais sur l’ensemble très satisfait
Michel est un hôte charmant avec une grande culture surtout sur la belle ville d Arras et un grand sens de l humour j ai passe très bon moment en sa compagnie ou les sujets de conversation ne manque jamais . Avec plaisir je reviendrai passer un séjour chez Michel dans cette charmante ville
