Arras, furnished room in retro style (no TV) with a view of Wellington Park and located near the university, the train station and the city center. A bus stop is a two-minute walk away. Although this room does not have a kitchen, it is equipped with a dining area with dishes, a coffee maker, a refrigerator and a microwave. Access to the bathroom is shared with another room on the same floor.
The room is popular for its double bed, bedside table, table, chairs, wardrobe, as well as its neat decoration composed of tapestries and paintings, creating a warm country atmosphere in the heart of the city. J'ai passé un excellent séjour chez Michel ! Michel est un hôte très accueillant, avec un grand sens de l'humour et une vaste connaissance dans de nombreux domaines. L'ambiance chez lui est très conviviale et on s'y sent rapidement à l’aise. Encore merci, Michel, pour cette belle expérience !

Une semaine passée chez Michel, une chambre bien équipée avec vue sur le beffroi d’Arras. Michel est une personne super sympathique, accueillant, avec beaucoup de sujet de discutions, bref je ne peux que le recommander a 100%

Logement au calme. Facilité pour se garer. à 200m de la laverie et 300 m du Leclerc. Super bon kebab à côté de la Laverie. Pour les Sportifs, salle de sport à 200m aussi. Boulangerie à 400m (mmm leurs pains au chocolat) Michel est acceuillant et respectueux, musicien de coeur, je vous conseille d'aller aux concerts qu'il affiche. Colocation super. Wifi haut débit, eau chaude, calme. Pour ceux qui viennent travailler en Prestation, au TOP.
