Two large 16 m² bedrooms with a desk and a new sofa bed are available. Each bedroom is equipped with a duvet and pillow. Please bring your own sheets and pillowcases.

- Kitchen equipped with a gas stove and oven, microwave, dishes, fridge-freezer, and coffee maker.
- Dining room with a table and four chairs.
- Bathroom with a washing machine and a separate toilet.
- Parking for two cars on a solid lawn.
- Garden with a lawn, table, and umbrellas.

Please note that one bedroom and the living room are private spaces and are not part of the rental offer.

The house is equipped with gas heating with good cast iron radiators and a new boiler. It is a healthy, damp-free home that is well insulated against outside noise.

For everyone's comfort, tenants must:

- Not smoke indoors,
- Not bring pets,
- Exercise discretion,
- Avoid bringing sea sports equipment, which is salty, into the rooms.

Subletting is strictly prohibited.
