Room on the upper floor of our house from Monday to Friday for one person - students or internships. 160 bed, desk, chair, wardrobe, wifi. On the ground floor kitchen, bathroom and toilet to share. The living room is our private space. Owners present: Marylise and Frédéric, 60 and 64 years old, 2 very nice large dogs (your dog accepted after discussion and prior agreement). Tenants also present in the neighboring room. In the garden, you can smoke. Cool atmosphere. Bus number 2a and number 3 8 min walk to city center (25 min journey). Bus 4 for the FACS at the foot of the house (20 min journey max). Access to the Brest north exit 3 min by car. Local shops 5 min walk (pharmacies, bakeries, greengrocers, tobacconist, pizzeria, Friday morning market). Woods and river 5 min walk. Breakfast included, evening meal possible at an additional cost of €7. Homemade and organic market cuisine. Local produce preferred, vegetarians and vegans welcome. Please introduce yourself when booking.
