Charges included: water, electricity, heating, internet (fibre), dish soap, sponges, bin bags, toilet paper. NO ADDITIONAL COSTS TO MANAGE BETWEEN THE 2 FLATMATES. Household linen provided in duplicate (bed linen, towels, tea towels...). Well-equipped 9.30 m² kitchen (washing machine; terrace and garden accessible). Shops less than 500 m away. BHNS bus line: stop 550 m away: 10 mins from the city centre and 12-13 mins from the train stations. Line 4: stop 600 m away towards Université stop, opposite IAE, close to the science faculty and IUT. Inverted house layout: living upstairs, I have my own bathroom facilities (bathroom/toilet). Ground floor kitchen and shower room reserved for tenants: these rooms function as an independent two-person shared housing for quiet, tidy, and respectful individuals.
