Room on the upper level of our house for a single person - students or internships. Queen bed (160 cm), desk, chair, wardrobe, Wi-Fi. On the ground floor, shared kitchen, bathroom, and toilet. The living room is our private space. Hosts present: Marylise and Frédéric, 61 and 65 years old, 1 very friendly dog (your dog accepted after discussion and prior agreement). Another tenant is also present in the adjacent room. You may smoke in the garden. Bus numbers D HNS for the city centre (15-min journey). Bus 4 for the university faculties at the doorstep (max 20-min journey). Access to Brest north exit 3 min by car. Local shops within a 5-min walk (pharmacies, bakeries, greengrocers, newsagent/tobacco, pizzeria, Friday morning market). Bushland and river within a 5-min walk. Accueil très chaleureux dans un cadre familial. Tout a été fait pour que nous soyons confortablement installé (chambre parfaite). Nous avons beaucoup apprécié les échanges et la disponibilité de Marilyse et Frédéric durant notre passage chez eux. C’était parfait !
