In the immediate vicinity, you will find a supermarket, a bakery, a bar-restaurant, a pharmacy, and a wine shop.
The bathroom is shared. The room is equipped with a workspace and a fiber optic Wi-Fi connection with a repeater. Sheets and towels are provided. The kitchen, living room, and balcony are available for your use during mealtimes when I am present and permanently when I am absent.
The apartment is non-smoking and located in a quiet building where privacy is essential.
The rate includes everything, including use of the washing machine. A bicycle garage is also available.
