The house had a great atmosphere. t's not far from Laval University, the Saint Lawrence River / promenade champlin (for walking), the Laurier shopping center, and the Sainte-Foy bus station. Also, Farzaneh was very accommodating and the other roomates very welcolming x)

Mon séjour dans la chambre que j’ai louée au mois de décembre a été exactement comme je l’espérais. Lorène est une très bonne logeuse, toujours attentive, disponible et très gentille. Sa famille a également été très accueillante et bienveillante avec moi. Toute mon expérience dans cette chambre a été très agréable et je recommande vivement ce logement.

Locataire très polie et discrète. Je recommande.
