Room for rent for a student in Trélazé in a shared house with my 17-year-old daughter on an alternate custody basis. I am generally at my partner's place in Nantes during her absence, so the house is available in its entirety! What you will love about this home: it is a modern townhouse (built in 2022), comfortable, with large, very bright bedrooms. It features a large bathroom with a shower and two separate toilets. The living area is 110 m², all on a small plot of land. The house includes: On the ground floor: an entrance with a cupboard, a living room, a kitchen furnished and equipped with an extractor hood, a hob, and an oven, and separate toilets. Upstairs: a landing with a cupboard leading to three bedrooms, two of which have built-in wardrobes and one with a walk-in wardrobe area; a bathroom with a shower, bathtub, double vanity, and heated towel rail; and separate toilets. Attached: a garage and a carport. Bicycle available.
