Located in a quiet neighborhood of Angers, this rental is 5 minutes from bus stops and a 15-minute bike ride from the city center. The bedroom, as well as the adjoining shower room/WC, are located upstairs. The bedroom is equipped with a single bed, duvet, pillow, desk, refrigerator, microwave, stovetop, and dishes, thus offering complete independence. The shower room/WC is shared with another tenant. I live on the ground floor. We may run into each other in the entrance hall and, why not, share a coffee if the opportunity arises!
