Hello,
I am offering for rent to a student a private apartment on the second and top floor of my house located in Brest, in the Saint-Marc district, close to the marina and Moulin Blanc beach, as well as the Stang Alar valley.
The student will have at their disposal:
- An attic bedroom with a sea view, equipped with a large desk and storage space,
- A private bathroom and toilet,
- Access to the common areas: living room, equipped kitchen, washing machine, dryer, and garden.
The house is quiet and bright. Living alone with my very friendly old dog (Elorn), I am an active and independent retiree. I enjoy socializing and sharing meals from time to time. The atmosphere is friendly and respectful, conducive to a good study environment.
Transportation: Landelle bus stop 150 m away for direct access to the city center, train station, and universities via line 3.
Parking: Parking is available in the enclosed inner courtyard and free street parking is available.
