Description
I am renting out a room in our apartment. We are a couple with grown-up children, one of whom still lives here. He is a student in Rennes. We are located on the 7th floor of a residential building with a lift and entryphone, in the city centre, in the Saint-Martin district. We are close to the “Hôtel Dieu” bus stop, a few steps from the Sainte-Anne and Jules Ferry metro stations, and one kilometre from Place de la République, where most buses pass through. A garden surrounds the building, and a bike parking area is available. We are close to the universities, the historic centre, shops, the cinema, museums, the convention centre, as well as several parks (Thabor, des Tanneurs and Prairies Saint-Martin). The room is furnished with a queen-size bed, a desk, a chair and a wardrobe. It faces east, and the window is fitted with a roller shutter.
