Just an 8-minute walk from the tram, this bright, furnished 10 m² room is located in a peaceful duplex with unobstructed views of the countryside.
It is equipped with a double bed, a bedside table, two desks, two chairs, and large closets. Basic dishes are provided for preparing simple meals and giving you more independence. The toilet, bathroom, and the refrigerator and microwave on the landing are shared with the occupant of the second bedroom.
The Accommodation
The apartment is located on the ground floor of a condominium. Please respect the peace and quiet of the neighborhood and avoid making any noise. Parking is easy in front of the building.
I live on the ground floor. You are welcome to use my kitchen on the ground floor for more space to cook and for a more convivial atmosphere. You have access to the garden.
