Spacious and welcoming room for short-term rental, quietly located in a recent and secure building, on the 2nd floor with elevator. This room is equipped with a double loft bed, a microwave, dishes, a small closet, a desk, and chairs.
The location is perfect for reaching the university campus either by direct bus in approximately 15 to 20 minutes, or by tram. Several public transportation options are available nearby, including Tram D (Edouard Vaillant stop, a 6-minute walk), Tram C (Flandrin-Valmy stop, less than 15 minutes), Chronobus C5 (2 minutes away, towards the train station or the university), and bus 16 (towards the city center).
Smokers are only permitted on the balcony. A friendly cat lives in the apartment; however, pets are welcome in the room.
Arrival time will be upon request, with a preference for after 4 p.m. Limited access to the kitchen is permitted, including use of the refrigerator and kettle.
