Small suite with balcony, in a quiet, rural setting. Shared housing in a house that can accommodate four people. Situated in a quiet, countryside location, ten minutes from public transport and a five-minute drive to shops and all the amenities of the small town of Moudon. Twenty minutes from Lausanne, twenty-two minutes from Payerne, and thirty minutes from Vevey or Yverdon. If a second person stays, they pay $10/night. The cleaning of your suite with balcony must be carried out thoroughly by yourself. Cleaning of the common areas, including floors, surfaces, and windows, must be done on a rotational basis. Responsibility should be shared among the four flatmates, for example, with each person responsible for one week per month. For harmonious enjoyment of the premises, it is important to leave the kitchen, appliances, dining area, terrace, bathroom, and laundry room in a perfectly clean state after use.
