Description
I live in a beautiful, light-filled 3.5-room apartment in Lausanne, in the Chailly neighbourhood, a very pleasant place to live. The M2 metro station at Sallaz is about 650 metres away, offering easy access to Migros, Coop, banks, and various other shops. The number 7 bus, accessible from Pont de Chailly, is also about 700 metres away. The stop for the number 42 bus is just 100 metres away. The neighbourhood is very green, quiet, and pleasant, with a farm and farmland just a little further up, about 500 metres away. I work as a nurse. To get to Riponne or Flon, you just need to take the M2 metro for four stops, and it is six stops to the train station, which takes about 10 minutes. The CHUV is 900 metres away. For me, keeping communal areas clean is essential (surfaces, bathroom, and kitchen). An internet connection is provided. For a quiet and well-mannered person :)

J’ai passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement. L'emplacement est parfait, à proximité des commerces et transports, tout en étant au calme. L'appartement est très bien équipé et propre. Les échanges avec Morad ont été fluides et très agréables, toujours disponible pour répondre aux questions et avoir des discussions intéressantes. Je recommande vivement cet endroit pour toute personne cherchant un séjour agréable et confortable. À refaire sans hésiter !
