Located in a quiet, rural setting, this house is 10 minutes from public transport and a 5-minute drive from the shops and all amenities in the small town of Moudon. It is also 20 minutes from the outskirts of Lausanne, 22 minutes from Payerne, and 30 minutes from Vevey or Yverdon. Your room must be cleaned thoroughly by yourself. Cleaning of the common areas, including floors, surfaces, and windows, must be carried out thoroughly on a rotating basis. This responsibility is to be shared between the four tenants, for example, with each person taking responsibility for one week per month. For the harmonious enjoyment of the premises, it is important to leave the kitchen, household appliances, dining area, terrace, bathroom, and laundry room in perfect clean condition after use.
