Description
This charming little house, although dilapidated, is slated for renovation. For the moment, it presents itself as a hybrid space between a studio and a bedroom.
There were two minor water damages which, although repaired, left marks on the walls and ceiling.
A mini-kitchen is equipped with two electric burners, a sink with cold water, a table, chairs, dishes and cutlery, a kettle, and cooking utensils.
A toilet is available for guests, while the shower is located in a neighboring building.
This accommodation also includes two trundle beds, one of which folds down, a wardrobe, and several storage cupboards. A sofa and a desk area complete the layout. Bedding and linens are provided.
Heating is provided by a pellet stove.
Occupants will have access to a washing machine, clothes dryers, and an iron located in an adjacent building, or can choose to use a laundromat located approximately a 10-minute walk away.
