Description
You will share the bathroom and toilet, as well as the laundry tower, which includes detergent for a small fee per wash or dry cycle. The kitchen and dining area, equipped with a large fridge reserved for guests, are also at your disposal. Coffee and tea are provided free of charge. The official tourist tax per person per night must be paid in cash, except for students, interns, and those working under contract. A parking space is available for a monthly supplement, and a second free parking space is also accessible, though it is not private. The train station and shops are nearby. Les Portes du Soleil can be reached in 30 minutes by train or car. I have a small, very friendly dog (Coton de Tulear). I am discreet but always attentive to your needs. I live on-site in my living room/office and am happy to adapt to my guests' schedules. I am happy to accept guests for long-term stays.
