Situated in a quiet, rural setting, ten minutes from public transport and a five-minute drive from the shops and all the amenities of the small town of Moudon. Twenty minutes from Lausanne, twenty-two minutes from Payerne, and thirty minutes from Vevey or Yverdon. The cleaning of your room must be carried out thoroughly by yourself. The housekeeping and cleaning of common areas, including floors, surfaces, and windows, must be carried out thoroughly on a rotating basis. Management must be shared equally by the four tenants, with, for example, a one-week responsibility per month for each person. For the harmonious enjoyment of the premises, it is important to leave the kitchen, household appliances, dining area, terrace, bathroom, and laundry room in perfect clean condition after use.
