Shared housing in a house that can accommodate four people. Situated in a quiet, rural setting, ten minutes from public transport and a five-minute drive from the shops and all the amenities of the small town of Moudon. Twenty minutes from Lausanne, twenty-two minutes from Payerne and thirty minutes from Vevey or Yverdon. Your room must be kept thoroughly clean by you. Cleaning of the common areas, including floors, surfaces and windows, must be carried out on a rotating basis. This should be managed by the four flatmates, for example with each person taking responsibility for one week per month. For the harmonious enjoyment of the premises, it is important to leave the kitchen, appliances, dining area, terrace, bathroom and laundry room in a perfectly clean condition after use.
