Rooms are available for all profiles and backgrounds, with certain values that are important to us, such as respect for others, a sense of sharing, and mutual support.
This spacious house covers nearly 300 m² and comprises four levels. It therefore allows for both shared moments and easy privacy.
Very comfortable and bright, it features a large garden with fruit trees (harvest available) and a vegetable garden. Pets are not allowed.
The large 26 m² terrace is fully equipped (very large table, chairs, garden furniture, deckchairs, large barbecue, parasol, etc.).
Two large garages are available for storing bicycles, scooters, etc. (but no access for motorized vehicles). Parking is easy and free in front of the house.
The house is 3 minutes from the train station by car, 7 minutes by bus (line 5 in front of the house) or 15-16 minutes on foot (via the new footbridge giving direct access to platform A of the station), and 8 minutes from Place du Ralliement.
