My partner and I are very sadly leaving our great 3-bedroom flat in Carouge, as we are heading abroad to study for a year. A 28-year-old friend is taking one of the rooms, so we are looking for a person or a couple to take the other one. This is a sublet for one year only, with relatively flexible dates. The 72 m² flat includes a loggia and a balcony. It comes furnished (and with plants!). The flat is bright, quiet, and well-insulated. It is ideally located in the heart of Carouge, 2 minutes from the market square, a 15-minute walk from the HUG, with all amenities and restaurants nearby. We are looking for someone calm, respectful of the space, and non-smoking. The usual documentation is required, including payslips, a debt collection register extract, and a residence permit.
