Description
Due to my frequent travels, I am offering a living space for sublet in my four-room duplex in Geneva.
Located five minutes from the University of Geneva, trams 15 and 17, as well as bus 11, are easily accessible right outside the building.
The security deposit is refundable if no damage or unpaid rent is found.
The apartment features an entrance hall, a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a balcony, bedrooms, a bathroom, and a separate toilet. A printer is available for your use.
I have a very friendly cat who also lives in the apartment.
A cleaning lady comes once a week to ensure the apartment is fully cleaned.
Smokers are welcome, but are asked to smoke only on the landing or on the balcony.

Adresse non déclarable auprès de l’OCPM. Emplacement pratique tram et commerces à moins de 5 minutes ce qui est bien. Il peut y’avoir du bruit la nuit ce qui n’est pas pratique quand t’as le sommeil léger. Propreté plutôt ok mais faire attention au chat qui peut faire ses besoins un peu partout dans l’appart. Séjour assez correct dans l’ensemble.
