Nice to meet you, I have three homestay rooms for rent, located a 5-minute drive from Kerlann and 20 minutes by bike, between Bruz and Bréal-sous-Montfort. All three are south-facing and measure 12 m². They are furnished with a bed, desk, and wardrobe. The 37 m² south-facing kitchen-living area is designed for socialising. You will find Wi-Fi, a swimming pool in summer, game consoles, and board games. The kitchen is fully equipped. You will have access to a gym area, as well as a veranda terrace with a table and barbecue, overlooking a 1,500 m² plot, and free on-site parking. Regarding the shared housing: all utility bills are included, including Wi-Fi, water, and electricity. A security deposit of two months' rent is required during the inventory check.
