Shared housing in Le Rouret (Le Rouret - 06650)

Hello everyone,

My name is Robin, I'm 25 years old and I'm an engineer based in Cannes. I really enjoy outdoor sports. At the moment, I'm mostly into weight training (I actually have equipment at home), but I love going hiking, camping, to the beach, and so on.

I'm offering a room here in my house located in Le Rouret. The setting is very pleasant, as the house is situated in the forest. There is space in the garden, where I maintain my vegetable patch. There is also a swimming pool. The grounds are quite shaded, which is great for the summer heat.

Please note that this is a house where maintenance hasn't been strictly kept up, which explains a few issues. I am taking care of some repairs right now.

The kitchen is fully equipped, as is the laundry room with a tumble dryer. There is reverse-cycle air conditioning, although I limit its use for the sake of the environment and the power bill.

The room is upstairs, very bright, and has a view of the sea.
