The house is located in a very quiet subdivision. The house is around 100 m2, it is semi-detached on both sides with very quiet neighbors. The house has a terrace and a garden, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 parking space. You will find in the collective space: a large swimming pool, a petanque court, a children's play garden, a forest.
A cat lives in this house so allergic abstain.
Note from August 15-31, I have 2 rooms to rent for a family (with rather teenagers because the stairs are steep without a safety barrier) or otherwise only 1 room for rent for a couple or a person.
The rest of the time, I sometimes rent my son's room which is quiet, with a view of greenery. I am looking for a person or a peaceful couple who respects the serenity of the place.
