Description
Room for rent in a house located in the heart of the French Riviera: 10 minutes from Grasse, 20 minutes from Cannes, 30 minutes from Nice, and 1 hour from Monaco. The house is situated in a very quiet residential area and is approximately 100 square metres. It is a semi-detached house with very quiet neighbours. The house features a terrace, a garden, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and parking. In the communal area, you will find a large swimming pool, a pétanque court, a children's playground, and a forest. A cat lives in this house, so those with allergies should refrain from booking. I am renting out my children's two bedrooms as they have now grown up, and I live in the house. The rooms are quiet with views of the greenery. I prefer quiet individuals who respect the serenity of the home. Non-smokers only. No pets allowed. No alcohol or drugs.
